Delivery and Shipping Policy

At The Wulver’s Gift, we want every treat to reach you fresh, fast, and hassle-free. Here’s everything you need to know about how we deliver your orders:

🚚 UK Delivery Options

Free Shipping: Orders over £25 qualify for free standard delivery (this may vary during offers!)

Standard Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 48): Delivery aim is 48 hours after dispatch £4.95 (FREE on orders over £25)

Premium Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 24): Delivery aim is 48 hours after dispatch £7.95

🐾 Local Collection & Delivery

Free Collection: From The Bungalow, Seafield Lane, St Fergus AB42 3FG - please contact us after placing your order to arrange collection.

We offer dedicated local doorstep delivery to select local villages twice a week.

Delivery Days & Areas Covered

  • TUESDAYS: St Fergus, Rora, Peterhead, and Boddam

  • THURSDAYS: St Fergus, Crimond, Fetterangus, Mintlaw, and Longside (includes surrounding hamlets like Kininmonth)

Orders must be placed before 5pm Monday for a Tuesday delivery, and before 5pm Wednesday for a Thursday delivery. Any order that gets placed after this cut-off will be delivered the following week.

Minimum Order Threshold & Small Order Charges

  • FREE Local Delivery: Available on all local orders of £15.00 or more. Simply select your area’s delivery day at checkout.

  • Orders Under £15.00: If a local delivery option is selected for an order totalling less than £15.00, a £2.00 local delivery fee will apply. An invoice for the £2.00 fee will be sent to your email address and must be paid before your order is dispatched.

Alternatively, if your order is under £15.00, you are welcome to select Standard UK Postage (£4.95) or choose our free Local Pickup option at checkout.

Out-of-Area Orders

Our local delivery options are strictly reserved for the towns and villages listed above. If a local delivery option is selected for an address outside our local driving routes, your order will be placed on hold and a separate invoice for Standard UK Postage (£4.95) will be issued prior to dispatch.

🌍 International Delivery

Currently, we only deliver within Mainland UK.

📅 Dispatch Times

We aim to pack, and hand over orders to our delivery partners within 2 working days.

❗ Important Notes

  • Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays (although it is always our aim to process orders the day we receive them!)

  • If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 working days, please contact us and we’ll track it down.

  • For custom or bulk orders, dispatch may take an extra day or two — we’ll keep you informed.
